The planning process begins with us providing you with our custom wedding reception planner, which will guide you through planning the entire events, from the cocktail hour through the speeches to the last dance and guest departure. In the planner, you will find expertly chosen song lists and ideas for enriching the experience.
We will arrange a face-to-face meeting, where we learn more about who you are and what you want, and you get a chance to see who we are and what we offer. We want you to be 100% confident in your choice for entertainment, so our initial consultation will help you to determine whether or not we make a good fit. We will go over your wedding details and discuss ways to turn your vision into a reality.
After you have learned what we can do for you, we will draft up a contract for you to sign and collect the retainer that ensures the availability of your date and service package. Once we’re working together, we’ll set you up with your personal event planning account online. The online wedding reception planner will allow you to modify the timeline, change song lists, update contact information, take care of payments, and so on, 24/7, with the information being sent to us immediately. Of course, we’re available to answer any questions you may have, or offer suggestions and ideas.
While you’re making your other wedding arrangements, you may want to change parts of your entertainment package. This can be done through your online account. For example, you may want to add a song to your playlist or include a special spotlight dance for honored guests. We keep on top of the changes you make, and are available to discuss any changes you may be considering.
As we move closer to the date, about two weeks before the event, we will have a final meeting to go over all the details such as timeline, music playlist, activities, etc. This meeting is to give you peace of mind, knowing that we are on the same page and the wedding will go exactly according to your agenda - no surprises.
In the meantime, we will be working with the venue and vendors to make sure that there are no kinks in the plan. By communicating with the other service providers, we can coordinate the event smoothly, without getting in each other’s way.
